If you are not satisfied with ChatWrapped Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@support.chatwrapped.online with:

The email address used for purchase
Your order number (found in your payment receipt)

We will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After refund

Your Pro access will be deactivated once the refund is processed. Your shared reports and account data will not be deleted unless you request it.

Eligibility

Refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase are always approved. Requests after 30 days are evaluated case-by-case — contact us and we'll do our best to help.
